Top Ten Book Covers I’d Frame As Pieces of Art

Hi, everyone! Welcome back to Top Ten Tuesday! This meme is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Todays topic is Top Ten Book Covers I’d Frame As Pieces of Art.

1. The Matched series by Ally Condie

Even though I’m not a fan of this series, I’ve always had a crush on the covers. If I were to frame this, I wouldn’t want to frame the whole cover. I would want to enlarge the bubbles with the girls and have them hanging. I love those bubbles!

2. The New Soul Series by Jodi Meadows

I have a thing for those feathers!

3. Discount Armageddon by Seanan McGuire

Untitled-10I love the steampunkishness of this cover!

4. Slice by Steven Herrick

8030321There’s something about this cover that just makes me smile!

5. The Assassin’s Blade by Sarah J Maas

If I could, I would frame each and every Sarah J Maas cover and put them on my walls. They are BEAUTIFUL with a capital B.

6. Paper Towns by John Green

There’s just something about this cover that I like.

7. The Splintered series by A.G. Howard

I have always said how beautiful the covers are for this series. I would have these on my walls in an instant!

8. Something Strange and Deadly series by Susan Dennard

I love these covers!

9. The Everneath series by Brodi Ashton

I’ve always been a big fan of these covers. I love the swirls and dresses!

10. Frozen by Erin Bowman

18089999I haven’t read this series, but I’ve been in love with this cover since the cover reveal. Gorgeous!

This was actually a lot harder than I thought it would be. I don’t read a book and think “Hey, let’s frame this and put it on the wall!” In fact, I’m not really a big artsy type of person. As you can see, though, there are not a lot of contemporary covers on this list. If I’m going to have art, I like it to have bold covers and paranormal/steam punk themes.
