That’s right, folks, you heard correctly! Pangborn and Blackwell have been cast in The Mortal Instruments movie. Say hello to Kevin Durand and Robert Maillet.

Kevin Durand (Pangborn) has starred in Dark Angel, The Butterfly Effect, Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed, Big Momma’s House 2, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Legion, I Am Number Four and Resident Evil: Retribution.

Robert Maillet (Blackwell) has starred in 300, Sherlock Holmes, Merlin, Once Upon A Time and Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters.

I am thrilled with these casting choices. I think that Durand and Maillet look the parts of Pangborn and Blackwell. I am so excited to see them transform themselves into those characters.
