Steph: You think that Anastasia has more balls than Bella? I don't know about that. I mean Anastasia whines and cries a lot. Bella had her moments,
but it was like every few chapters for Ana. Also, I don't think that Ana could have built the strength that Bella ended up doing.
I'm glad you mentioned the stamina because it made me laugh during the books. I'm sorry, no man is going to be able to have sex like three times
straight in a row without stopping. I think she should have been a little more realistic. And FYI to E.L James, that WOULD eventually hurt a female.
especially with as much as they were doing it. There were flaws all over.
Nikki: I think I started the first book once. I must have had something else I needed to get done. I need to read those!

havent heard of those books.
I think i sort of understand when people ask me why I love twilight. I dont love these books but being that they are based off of twilight fanfic i
guess i can see where the haters are coming from. I still love twilight over this series.
the sex in this book was way over done. I too was so bored at times that I would skip pages. I seriously think she started to copy and paste sex
scenes cause one of the first ones in the 2nd book read like one in the first book. terrible.
what did everyone think about the action scenese the only scene that wowed me was with Mrs. Robinson at Christians birthday.

Yeah, the sex scenes did eventually get boring. She WAYYYY overdid them.
Which book was that in?

I bought this on my kindle because I wanted to see what all the fuss was about, but haven't read it yet - I have so many other books to read and this
one just isn't high on my priority list, I'll probably get to it eventually though.

I've read most of the BDB books Nikki, I'm up to Rev's book... I think I stopped because I read them all too close together and got a bit BDB'd out
lol.. also I wasn't much interested in Rev as a character so didn't have a big urge to read his story, I really want to know whats happening with Tohr
though, and I'd like to read John Matthews book, so I'll probably pick them back up again at some point.

I thought she had some more balls because she did try to stand up for herself, and she wanted to take some things off of the contract, like exercise
and she wanted to still be able to have her weekends to be with her friends. From what I remember, Bella just wanted to be with Edward, only Edward
and was only thinking about him while she was with others. I thought Ana was a little more independent.
And the stamina. I don't think there is a man out there that has Christian's stamina. I couldn't believe reading it. No way that a man can get it up
those many times. And Ana was a virgin! I don't think she could have really gone along with all that they did.

I have to disagree. Yes, Ana originally wanted to negotiate the contract, but she still ended up bending to his will. And when she got things her way,
she whined the entire time about hurting him. She also often considered doing the things she said she wouldn't do because she wanted to make things
easier for HIM.
Also, Ana ALWAYS thought about Christian. There wasn't a moment that she didn't. So, even if she was with her friends, she was still moping or whining
or thinking about Christian. It was alllllllllll about Christian. So there really was no difference between Bella and Ana in that category IMO.

Yea, I can see that. I think there is a lot of similarities between Bella and Ana. I guess I just felt that Ana was a little more independent than
Bella. Bella was sooo annoying, and I didn't get it that much from Ana, though Ana did bug me a little.

I think it's interesting that a lot of people, based on who all I've talked to about it, tend to like Ana if they disliked Bella, and they hate or
dislike Ana if they liked Bella. I wonder why that is.

book 3 is smutt and its intense (and I can't say its my fav so far but its good)
I am going to finish it tonight after I get home from work.... the weather says its rainny today so I am MAYBE going to read some of it at work
