A bit slow?
I don't know if it was just me, but the whole book seemed really slow. I mean I didn't get into the actual plot till I was a third of the way through.
I didn't see very much action either, no suspense. I liked the ending of the book because it kind of put a twist in the plot. The ending makes me
think that in the second book Seraphina is going to be pissed off at Cyrus (more than usual) and there may actually be some action. Even the
ending was predictable though.
Maybe it's just me. What did you guys think of the book in general?

I thought the same thing....that it was VERY slow. I think I was 70 pages into the 172 pages before the book actually started the storyline. I also
could predict the ending. Hopefully the second one is much better.

I also thought that the book was a bit slow. It was a nice read...but not really any action.
I posted a review up on the main page...you guys should go take a look at it.
