I'm on chapter 19 of the book, and, so far, I'm finding Seraphina's character quite enjoyable. Yes, she's a little awkward and shy, but that's pretty
normal considering what she's going through. I find her....interesting.

I did as well. The story was good. I did feel given the length of the book that maybe she rushed things a bit and could have elaborated more in some
areas. I am interested to see what happens in book 2 next year.

^yeah...it does feel a little rushed in a few places. One thing I don't like is the shortness of the chapters. Yes, I love having a convenient place
to stop reading, but it just seems to jump from scene to scene.
