Just checked it out, looks good.
I will give it a shot..
Even though I havent read any of S. Dessen's books, I dont think her books are my kind. But wont hurt me to try =D
Maybe she will convince me otherwise!

I third the notion! This Lullaby was the first one of hers I ever read and it holds top spot for YA romance for me - Just Listen is also good, also Dessen's. Oh oh oh! Dash & Lily's Book of Dares by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn. One of the best YA books. Ever.

My favorite YA novel is probably Poisoned Star by Josh Tremino. It's a sweet book about a really powerful girl who gets chased by this hacker. It's really sweet. I found it on Amazon a couple weeks ago. So good.

ahem, is it a romance? i mean the 'before i die'? I think my sister had this book in her room. I read a couple of pages and then set it aside (-_-)

Im sorry but i think reality is enough depressing. I read books so escape reality. thus even though its cliche i still like happy endings!!!

Oh tear-jerker romance with a happy ending ar myyyy absolute favourite! if any of you got any recommendations for that.. Hit me up! <3

^ In that case Sarah Dessen's pretty good if you want tear jerker romances that tie everything up nicely. This Lullaby and Just Listen are my absolute favorite of hers :)

Sarah Dessen's books are amazing!!! I loved those two books above too. And I also loved her Along for the ride. All her books are amazing in general though.

You know...I don't know if I can answer this. I just read so many books, and get invested in so many characters, that I don't really know if it's possible to choose one favorite romance book. I really love Jace and Clary, though. I would have to say that they are in my top couples...so MI would be one series.

I'd say it's someeeewhat of a romance story...but not so much. Actually, ya books don't tend to be "romance" stories. They tend to be books that have romance in them. Usually it's the adult books that are romance books.

I love Melissa Marr's Wicked Lovely series. It has some great relationships in it. I also just read a new book called Sweet Burden. The two main characters were so adorable with each other...eventually.

My favorites are the Night World series by L.J. Smith. Night World is unique because each book is a separate story but also ties into a larger plot. I have never read a book with so many layers that are so skillfully intertwined. This series has many different types of supernatural creatures including vampires, shapeshifters, and witches to name a few. The romance goes beyond physical attraction and more into an emotional/intellectual connection. All of L.J.’s books have strong female characters that are not princesses waiting to be rescued.

I havent read those by LJ Smith, Ive just read the first 4 for VD and got dissapointed by the new series.

I love when authors write about romance but not the easy one, the one with challenges and quest. so by your description Im realli interested in the series.

I liked early Vampire Academy. Rose/Dimitri was HOT. I cried at the end of book three.

I love Tris/Four.
