Pretty Little Liars (TV)
This is a new show at ABC Family. It is based on the YA series Pretty Little Liars by Sara Shepard.
The show premiers on June 8, 8/7 Central.
You can watch the promo here:

Would you watch it? Have you read the books?
I never read the books but I'll probably give the show a try. Doesn't really interest me that much.

Discussion of the book is here:

Woah. Really? I was going to read the books but I had no idea they were going to make a show based on the books.
Interesting. I'll probably check it out.
EDIT: Just saw the promo. Hmmm...not so sure I want to watch it anymore, haha. It doesn't look so good.

Same here. We can probably expect more trailers on May though. The promo was just too short, that's probably why it doesn't interest us.

The show is premiering on Tuesday. Who's going to watch it?

I MIGHT watch it....but I'm not sure.
Doesn't Secret Life come on that day too? Or sometime around then.
I'll probably keep up on it somewhat..like I do most show...but Disney and Fox Family are just going to hell anymore. Nothing they make is very
respectable.

I've seen some promos on TV, and it looks interesting. I don't know if I will watch it though, probably just read the books.

I read all the books, and I'm DYING for the last one which comes out this summer.
I'm not that excited for the tv series though. I've only seen the trailers though, of course, but what I've seen doesn't capture my interest like the
books do. And the characters look nothing as how they're described in the book (of course).

Cool. Since I don't really have anything else to watch I'll tune in.

It really sounds quite boring to me. I think it would make for a better movie than show.
I never heard of the books before though.

I didn't really like it. The show looks very lifetime-ish to me. And that one girl Spencer looks so old. I seriously thought she was one of the moms
in the very beginning and then at the mall she looked like maybe a college student and then I see her in class... What? She looks 30!

I was watching it and I got so confused. I looked up the books on wikipedia (I have a weakness for spoilers). and it looks like a really good series,
but abc family ruined it. It looks too girly and over dramatic. but i'll still watch it.

I almost done the serise. The final book came out yesterday. I love this serise, it has tons of twist and it does things you'd never expect. The show
is also really good. Different from the books but what tv show based on books isn't. I can't wait for the next episode.

I watched the first episode. It was okay. They switched some things up from the book, but whatever. That's expected.
I'm curious for the next episode though.

I watched the pilot episode and I have mixed feelings about it. It was really cheesy but at the same time I thought it was also really interesting.
I'll probably be tuning in next week.
Hopefully I'll end up loving it.

The second episode was okay. I really hate the romance thing going on with Aria and her teacher. It's really ridiculous. The teacher is cute though.

^ the next episode is airing tomorrow (Tuesday)
and nope, I don't think you'll be completely lost if you start with the 3rd episode. It's not that hard to understand and they pretty much give you a
recap of what's happened before the episode starts.
