i used to have a bunch of dr seuss when i was a kid. i don't know what happened to them. but the one book that really made an impact was Green Eggs and Ham. It's fun reading the books, they all rhyme. lol

Love Dr. Seuss. Believe it or not, I really didn't read much of his stuff when I was a kid, but now that I have kids I read Dr. Seuss/Theo LeSieg to them all the time. Here are some of the family favs:

Dr. Seuss' ABC
Mr. Brown Can Moo, Can You?
Hop on Pop
I Can Read With My Eyes Shut
I Wish I Had Duck Feet
Ten Apples Up on Top
Green Eggs and Ham
Sneetches (One of my all time favorites)
The Zax
The Cat in the Hat
Please Try to Remember the First of Octember
The Foot Book
One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish
There's a Wocket in My Pocket
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (of course!)
Oh Say Can You Say? (My kids love this book, however I tend to hide it because it is such a tongue twister!)

I liked 'Green eggs and ham' because I thought that it was gross. As well as 'How the Grinch stole Christmas'.
Was Dr Seuss the person who wrote 'Are you my mother?'. I remember the illustrations being similar.

I have no idea whether Dr Seuss did write it or if it's just a Dr Seuss book...
It says by P D Eastmann on the cover.
:dunno:
I used to read it again and again in Kinder.
Nostalgia sounds about correct.

I'm pretty sure the first book I ever read on my own was called Go Dog Go! by Dr Seuss.
I loved that book so much. :fake sniffle:

Dr Seuss is amazing.
Is he still alive?

Edit: I should've googled it before posting.
He died before I was born.
:(
