Jacob and alice relationship
Did anyone notice how in breaking dawn they made it look kinda like something was happening between jacob and alice. They were freinds and they liked
each other then the part where she rests her head on him and went to sleep. I really wouldve loved it if they went out with each other. Does anyone
think if theyre was no jasper and nessie wasnt born that jacob and alice would go out. Because jacobs hatred of vamps kinda leaves in breaking dawn so
he might go out with one

thats very interesting, but I think as long as Bella was there Jacob wouldnt look at anyone eles.

I don't think I got that kinda vibe from reading about them but they both can be laidback and are both loyal. I reckon they won't be too bad but
Jacob's kinda huge and Alice is tiny.
And then again she's a vampire so he can't squash her.
As far as non-canon couples go I like Bella/Jasper.

I can see Alice and Jake being friends, but nothing more. Even if there was no Jasper, Bella would still be around, and with no Nessie, Jake would
still love Bella.

I didn't see it that way at all.
I think that Alice realizes how important Jacob is to Bella and was simply making an effort to let go of her prejudices.
Besides... what about Jasper?

^^ I agree Nikki, I think Alice knew that Jacob was going to be sticking around in Bella's life, and in her Alice way, knew they would end up as
friends and so was acting that way already.

I like the idea of Jasper and Bella. Not in terms of the actual series of course.
Just like I never saw Jake and Alice as a possible couple in BD, in an alternate universe where no one else in the twilight series exists, a
hypothetical Jake and a hypothetical Alice would actually make a good couple. But in such a case I think a hypothetical Jasper and Bella would make an
even better match.
That's what I meant about "non-canon" pairings.
Did I just confuse everyone or do I make sense?

Oh actually, Steph, I'm not sure that's true. Wasn't it alluded to somewhere in Breaking Dawn that the only reason Jacob ever fell in love with Bella
was because he was destined to imprint on her baby or something like that? So without Nessie, Jake and Bella would probably only ever have been
friends?
Does anyone else remember something like that, or am I totally making that up?

Hmmmm. I'd go through my book and check it out but I can't. they're in america and i'm not yet.
I think I remember Jacob saying something to Bella about why they were so deeply connected, though. And how he thought it was always about Renesmee?
Gah. Now I really need to find out. i'll go through Breaking Dawn as soon as I get back home.

I remember that tidbit about Jacob. It's a good thing you brought it up because I was beginning to think I had imagined it.
You know that explanation doesn't make anything any better it actually makes things look alot worse.
If Jacob was destined to be with Bella's offspring it makes you wonder what would've happened if Bella had chosen Jacob?
Bella did say that Jacob was her "other soulmate"...

If Bella had chosen Jake, there would never have been a Renesmee and then Jake just would have ended up staying with Bella I suppose.
Jake was destined to imprint on Renesmee, not his own kid.
But I see what you're saying. If Bella had chosen Jake, the universe would have been seriously messed.

In the books who is more powerful werewolves or vampires. In the movies the wolves say they are faster than the vampires. But the wolves are more
