Well I lied. Ahaha, I finished Killer in a jiff, and I swear that ending KILLED me. I have to wait for practically forever for the next book too. :( Sad....

But I started Princess of the Midnight Ball yesterday. It's really short, so I'll probably finish it tonight. So far, it seems like a really sweet story. :)

Thanks guys.
I get bored a lot. xD
And I just had to show off some of these covers. They're gorgeous. :)

I finished The Musician's Daughter. It was great, especially if you're into classical music or historical fiction. I've never read a book written about that time period.
I'm going to start The Pact by Jodi Picoult! :cheer:I've heard great things about it so I can't wait!

The Pact is finito! I really liked it, maybe not as much as Nineteen Minutes, but in terms of the writing, it was way easier to read than NM. I love these courtroom dramas though. Jodi Picoult is my hero.

I started Private by Kate Brian. So far, it seems like light, but enjoyable, reading. Another guilty pleasure series. Ahaha.

I'm glad you've enjoyed all the Jodi Picoult books so far shes one of my favourite authors :) Is there anything else you want to read by her?

Let me know what the private series is like I want to get round to reading them at some point, but ive got wayyy to many other series like that that I need to finish up with first.

I was thinking of reading The Tenth Circle next by Jodi Picoult. Have you read it? :)

Private was pretty good. If you're into The It Girl then you'll definitely like it. It kind of has a Pretty Little Liar twist on it, because all the characters have their own 'secrets'.

Aaand I read Touch by Francine Prose too. It was a quick read so I figured I mine as well read it quick. :P
It was okay, but I felt like the author was trying way too hard to sound like an angsty 15-year-old girl. The meaning behind the story was good, but I think it could've been so much more.

I started Pure by Tera McVoy today. (;

Yeah I’ve read all of Jodi’s book except for her new one and keeping faith, which I just haven’t got around to yet. The tenth circle is pretty good, not my favourite but a good read all the same as are all of her books. Plain truths a pretty good one too.

Ooohh sounds good I’ll have to definitely get around to reading that series then.

Anddd I have pure waiting to be read so let me know your thoughts, dang girl you read too many books that I’ve read or want to read!

Oooh, I'll read Plain Truth next if I can find it at the library or bookstore. It sounds tres interesting. :)

Pure was pretty good. I was surprised, I was expecting it to be more religious than 'chick lit' but it was the exact opposite, I think.
Lol, I could say the same to you. I've seen your booklist. So many books to read.

I'm going to start The Society of S maybe tonight if I have the time. I need a break from all these chick lits.

I finished Twenty Boy Summer, and I feel compelled to mention something about it.
I LOVEDDD IT!
I think it's definitely my 'book of the summer' or whatever. I'm so sad it's over. I love the summer world Sara Ockler created, it was lovely.
Honestly, I thought the story would be a bit cheesy or shadowing Sarah Dessen's style, but this book can definitely hold it's own. I can't wait for more of Sara Ockler's books in the future. I have reserved a space for her on my YA bookshelf.

You definitely should. It's great. :)

I'm done with Eyes Like Stars. Finallyyyy! I feel like I've been waiting forever to read this book. And sadly, I wasn't all that into it. I don't know why. Maybe I built it up in my head and it just didn't meet expectations. It was still a good book though.
And I'm starting City of Glass later.

So basically I haven't been reading ANYTHING since school started.
The last book I read in my spare time was Wasted by Marya Hornbacher. It was really good. I enjoyed it a lot.
Other than that, I FINALLY finished Anna Karenina for school. THANK GOODNESS.
That is the LONGEST book ever.
