Can you tell us a little bit about yourself??
Sure! I write mostly YA Fantasy and I LOVE interacting with readers so I’m all over social media and I hope your readers will come say hi also. Hmm… Other things you should know? I would definitely have a werewolf for a pet if I weren’t allergic.
Your newest book, Soul Conquered, just came out this month. Can you tell us a little bit about that?
I’m SUPER EXCITED (sorry didn’t mean to yell) because it’s the third and final book in my trilogy and I had so much fun writing all the epic scenes. Hopefully you’ll have fun reading them! I feel like I grew right along with my characters.
Is the Of Demons and Angels series officially over? Or will it have a companion/spin off?
As far as I know it’s *done* but you can really never say never, right? The story has a definite ending, but I could see revisiting that world and having a new story if it made sense. In the meantime though I’m already working on my next project. 😀
If you had to give the Of Demons and Angels series a theme song, what would you choose?
Fun question! I have a playlist and songs that match each character. So can I cheat and match those up since I have multiple POVs? Grace: Stand by you by Rachel Platton, Josh: Breakeven by the Script, Keira: Where the Devil Don’t Go by Elle King and Noah: Whataya Want From Me by Adam Lambert.
Are you currently working on anything else?
Yes! I am working on the sequel to WINGING IT which is a Wattpad featured story that had gotten wonderful response from the community over there and I’ve been asked over and over for a sequel, which I promised. You can read that for free btw if you’re interested the link is: https://www.wattpad.com/story/33882068-winging-it-wattpad-featured-story
BUT I’m also working on something for my agent to shop and I’m really excited about that too. All I can say right now is that it’s a YA Gothic re-telling.
You also blog over at Adventures in YA Publishing. How long have you been doing that? Do you post as an author or a reviewer?
I’ve been lucky to work with Martina officially for a couple of years, but unofficially longer. I do craft posts, agent and editor interviews, and I helped with the writing contests as well. Basically anything I can help with! I’ve stepped back a bit recently however, only because I’m a bit overtaxed by my three kids and everything else, but currently I’m a mentor on the http://www.1st5pageswritingworkshop.com
which is also run by AYAP and I co-founded with Martina!
What is the best book you’ve read recently?
OMG So not fair! Okay let’s see… I really like AWAKENING by Catrina Burgess. I’m kind of in to horror at the moment. He he he.
Libba Bray. I’ll say that forever. She’s my hero.
What couple do you ship?
OMG From anywhere? Darryl and Carol from Walking Dead. I’m an episode behind though, so no spoilers please!!
What book release are you MOST anticipating?
I’m dying to read the last book in Martina’s trilogy. I LOVE her writing and she left off on a cliffhanger and hasn’t let me peak!
Thanks for stopping by YaReads!
Lisa Gail Green lives with her husband the rocket scientist and their three junior mad scientists in Southern California. She writes books so she can have an excuse to live in the fantasy world in her head. She likes to share these with readers so she’s represented by the lovely Melissa Nasson of Rubin Pfeffer Content. She has a parrot but would most definitely get a werewolf for a pet if she weren’t allergic.
Lisa loves YA. She believes with all her heart that teen readers are ready and willing to experience things that some adults have closed their minds to, that books are the safest way to explore, learn, and escape, and that imagination is the key to just about everything.
Of Demons & Angels, Book three

The fate of all souls rests in their hands…
The End Times are looming nearer than ever before—the Antichrist has finally been realized; Demon Keira is torn between her loyalty to Lucifer and her love for Noah; Grace has fallen from Heaven and seems closer than ever to eternal damnation; and Josh is stuck in Heaven, powerless to help.
As the impending battle between Heaven and Hell comes to a head with Josh, Grace, Keira, and Noah caught in the middle, it becomes blatantly obvious that the line dividing right and wrong is not as clear-cut as it’s made out to be.
And amidst all the chaos, the four must each decide what is really worth fighting for.
But what do you do when following your heart could lead to the apocalypse?
